  • 摘要:我们在进行黄海毯形帚虫Phoronis ijimai Oka生态研究时,在青岛的阴岛潮间带,发现了属于环节动物门Annelida、多毛纲Polychaeta、矶沙蚕科Eunicidae、豆维沙蚕亚科Dorvilleinae的毛轮沙蚕Ophryotrocha puerilis Claparde et Metschnikov,这在中国海是首次记录。
  • Abstract:In working on the polychaetous annelids from the China Sea, an interesting species-Ophryotrocha puerilis Claparede et Metschikov was found in the Yellow Sea.Ophryotrocha puerilis is a common test animal for the study of marine pollution. This species is for the first time from Chinese waters used for this purpose.Ophryotrocha puerilia is produced in abundance in the littoral zone of Tsingtao. Judging from its geographical distribution, it can be considered as a temperate and tropical waters cosmopolites.Ophryotrocha puerilia stays on muddy stone when tide is low and water relatively quiet; usually in Phoronis ijimai Oka community.Bioassay studies customarily use polychaetes of the genus Ophryotrocha as test animal. Ophryotrocha puerilia is much preferred, of which the reproductive capacity is one of the most important parameters.Based upon what the view point of marine ecosystem is, this paper tries to emphasize the importance of meiobenthos for the study of marine pollution.
