生物两步法处理TNT、DNN混合装药污水
- TWO-STAGE BIOLOGICAL TREATMEiNT FOR MIXED TNT-DNN WASTEWATER
- 摘要:利用筛选菌种,采用兼性压气一好两步法处理三硝基甲苯(TNT)-二硝基萘(DNN)混合装药污水。 第一步在兼性厌气阶段使大部分毒物(TNT、DNN)得到转化而除去;第二步好气阶段除去污水中的剩余毒物外,还去除了BOD及COD。该系统保证了TNT、DNN混合装药污水处理的良好效果。处理设备运行可靠,管理方便,处理后出水水质的主要指标达到国家排放标准。 处理系统中选用的菌种是柠檬杆菌属(Citrobacter)芽孢杆菌属(Bacillus)、肠杆菌属(Enterobacter)和埃希氏菌属(Escherchia)共四个属的八株细菌。运行一年之后,发现接种于构筑物中的筛选菌株经生态平衡之后,仍是此系统中起主导作用的菌株
- Abstract:The mixed wastewater of trinitrotoluene-dinitronaphthalene was under microaerophilic-aerobic two-stage treatment by screening strains Citrobaoter, Bacillus, Enterbaeter and Escherchia. The equipment was designed .and fabricated in the Institute. Most of the toxicants have been removed at the microaerophilic stage, while the rest as well as the remaining COD and BOD removed satisfactorily at the aerobic stage.As treatment has been on for about a year, it is found that the screened strains, which are inoculated on the equipment at the beginning, still play an efficient rote in the way of decomposing the toxicants.For the technical process, as a whole, equipment is reliable, and easy to manage. And the discharged water meet the standards requirements of the nation.
