  • 摘要:海洋鱼类对汞积累的研究报道,尚不多见.许多学者认为主要是海洋鱼类在室内较长期培养有一定的困难.我们采用在海水中培养的非洲鲫鱼作为实验材料,进行了汞积累的研究. 材料和方法 非洲鲫鱼是一种热带、广盐性鱼类,是水产养殖的优良品种.我们采用平均体长约5cm、9cm,平均体重约3g、10g两种.将鱼苗运回实验室,经过一周的驯化完全过渡到海水中,再驯化两周,然后选择健康的个体进行实验。
  • Abstract:Experimental study is done on accumulation of mercury in fish, Tilapia mpssambica (Peters), which stays in sea water at a temperature of 18℃.Results of the tests show that mercury is highly toxic to fish. All of the fish die within 7 days by maintaining a concentration of 0.05 ppm. It is also found that tips of the,lip and the tail fin of the fish become light-red in color at low concentration of mercury for a long period. This may be indicative of environmental pollution.Mercury accumulated in fish is of high level with concentration increasing as time goes on. The bioaccumulation factor is 100 times that at the beginning after 6 days and up to 3400 times after 189 days. Ultimately the bioaccumulation factor becomes balanced, but with light fluctuations.Small fish is able to accumulate more mercury than large one, while the clam, Arca (Anadara) suberenata Lischke, absorbs even more than fish of the same species.Mercury accumulated is different in different parts of the fish. Highest amount is in the viscera and lowest in the muscle, with a decreasing order as follows: viscera>scale>head>skeleton>muscle.
