• 摘要：本文研究用多目标决策进行城市水质规划.规划的三个目标是环境质量、水资源开发和经济效益.提出将改进ε-约束法与多元回归分析相结合的两阶段多目标决策方法,并将其用于北京市永定河引水渠系统的水质规划,得出了可供选择的方案以及目标之间的边际关系.

• Abstract：Multiobjective Decision-Making is now applied to urban water quality planning, for which there are environmental quality, water resources exploitation and economic benefits. A two-stage method is put forward which combines the improved ε-constraint-method and the multivariate regression, and is here used in water-quality planning of the intake canal system of Yong Ding River in Beijing. Alternatives are obtained and marginal relations between the various objectives are also established.
