  • 摘要:本文研究了一株新菌种--井式假单胞杆菌(Pseudomonas wellantypicum)的培养方法.并对由该培养物提取的脱色酶的活性作了试验.脱色速度在12-24小时之间表现最大;脱色最适宜pH为7.0;脱色最适宜温度为45℃;70℃处理后失去脱色活性;半胱氨酸对脱色活性有一定的激活作用.该脱色酶制剂同时具有琼脂水解活性、蛋白质水解活性、淀粉水解活性、木聚糖水解活性和羧甲基纤维素水解活性.
  • Abstract:A new species of agar-digesting bacteria (Pseudomonas wellanty picum) in shaking culture was studied with a synthetic medium composed of agar 60g, NaNO3 10g, KH2PO4 1.5g, MgSO4·7H2O 0.7g, tap water 1000ml at pH 7.0. The crude enzymatic preparation of melanoidin decolorase was fractionated by ammonium sulfate precipitation from the cultural broth. The enzymatic activity of decolorization or agar-digestion was the highest at 45℃ and pH7.0. This enzyme also showed hydrolytic activity towards agar, protein, xylan, starch and carboxymethyl cellulose.
