摘要：本文报道锁相放大器与装有ECD(氚钪)的气相色谱仪联机理论分析及样品测试工作。在理论上对信噪改善比的提高进行了阐述。其结果与实验数据基本相符。对实际水样进行了测定,最低检出量达10~(-14)g。此种新技术在气相色谱仪上的应用尚未见报道。

Abstract：Equipped with lock-in amplifier, gas chromotography with ECD(^{3H-Sc)is used to analyze and measure trace organics in water.In this paper, theory of the system is discussed emphatically and results of experiments are given. This apparatus when used helps to minimize successfully signal-noise ratio of the original detector system, and thus raise sensitivity of ECD. Some of organics in water were detected. Minimum detectable quantity is about 10-14g. Application of this technique in GC so far has not been reported yet in literature.}
