  • 摘要:在实验条件下,鱼体中氯氰菊酯的积累量在第二天达到最大值,然后逐渐下降;同时,积累量随水中农药浓度线性增加。从鱼体中释放到水中的速度,符合二级反应动力学公式。70%左右的放射性物质,在两周之内释放到水中。鱼体中主要降解途径是酯键的水解。对于氯氰菊酯醇的一侧,从鱼体释放到水中的主要代谢产物是3-(4-羟基)苯氧基苯甲酸,3-苯氧基苯甲酸和未证实的具有更大极性的化合物。
  • Abstract:This study reports uptake, depuration and metabolism of cyperme-thrin in Golden orfe.The amount of cypermethrin taken up by fish reaches a maximum within two days under laboratory conditions and then is reduced gradually. Uptake of cypermethrin by fish within 3 days increases linearly with concentration in water from 0.5 to 5.0μg/1. Depuration rate by fish fits in with the second-order reaction kinetics. About 70% of radioactivity in fish is excreted after two weeks. The major degradation route in fish body is found to be hydrolysis of the ester linkage. The alcohol moiety is subsequently oxidized to acid via aldehyde. Hydroxylation in alcochol moiety occurs at the 4-position of the phenoxy group. The major metabolites detected in depuration water are 3-(4-hydroxyphenoxy) benzoic acid, 3-phenoxybenzoic acid and other unidentified more polar compounds.Based on the available information, the degradation pathways in alcohol moiety are proposed.
