  • 摘要:有机氯杀虫剂BHC是一种生物难降解的农药。我们从多年使用BHC的土壤里分离出两株菌(气单胞菌及邻单胞菌),它们能较好地降解β-BHC及γ-BHC。 在基础培养基里加入蛋白胨1%、葡萄糖0.5%、酵母膏0.05%、及BHC(β-或γ-BHC)约5ppm、30℃厌气培养14天、其中气单胞菌Ⅱ5A能降解β-BHC 74.6—91.3%,γ-BHC48.5%,而邻单胞菌Ⅱ5B能降解β-BHC16.5%,γ-BHC 59.6%。在上述条件下,两株菌混合培养7天能降解γ-BHC99%。经测定细菌内无BHC积累。
  • Abstract:The organo-chlorine insecticide, benzene hexachloride (BHC), is persistent to biodegradation, but accumulates in and contaminates the environment seriously. Some microorganisms have been reported possessing effective activity on α-BHC, but much less on other isomers.In a field having been applied with BHC for many years two strains of bacteria were isolated, Aeromonas sp. and Plesiomonas sp., that degraded effectively α-BHC and β-BHC as well.In a culture cultivated anaerobically under 30℃ for 14 days in a basal medium containing pepton 1%, glucose 0.5%, yeast extract 0.05% in addition to BHC (β-BHC or α-BHC) in approximate 5ppm, the strain Aeromonas sp. degraded β-BHC 74.6-91.3% and α-BHC 48.5% respectively, and the other strain Plesimonas sp. degraded β-BHC 16.5% and α-BHC 59.6%. A mixed culture of the two under the same conditions degraded α-BHC 99% within 7 days. No accumulation has been found inside the bacterial cells.
