  • 摘要:夏季室外条件下,取果园土进行试验,在从未施用过苯并咪唑类杀菌剂的对照土壤中,50ppm多菌灵(Carbendazin,简称MBC)在半个月中减少一半;用连续九年的处理土(施MBC量为每年46ppm)进行试验,50ppm MBC在半个月中减至最初剂量的六分之一。 室内22℃时,在从未施用过MBC的土壤和一年前施用过MBC的土壤中,MBC的半衰期(DT50)分别为17天和7天。室内设5个处理,其中以预处理土壤和预处理土壤加抗生素的降解速度为最快。
  • Abstract:In summer season in Switzerland,carbendazin(MBC) was reduced 50% over half of a month in soil, which might not be in contact with benzi-midazole fungicides. It was further reduced to 1/6 of the original dosage in the retreated soil.At 22℃ in laboratory for the soils which were not or were in contact with MBC before, the half-life of MBC was 17 or 7 days respectively. If a soil was retreated with MBC again 3 months before being used, MBC degradation would start as soon as new MBC was added,and proceed rather rapidly.At 22℃ in laboratory there were 5 treatments. MBC was added into the following soils: (1) untreated soil, (2) treated soil added with another fungicide, ( 3 ) treated soil added with DNOC, ( 4 ) treated soil, ( 5 ) treated soil added with Antibiotics. Fungi number decreased evidently in treatment (2). Yeast greatly reproduced in treatment (5). Degradation speed was most rapid in (4) and ( 5 ). Bacteria number increased 10 to 20 times in treatments (1), (2) and (4), after two weeks. The half-life of MBC were 24,5,3,2,2 days, and the ATP values (after 24 hours treatment) were 0.77, 0.64, 0.55, 0.51, 1.0g/g (dry soil) respectively.
