• 摘要：本文提出可对城市大气SO₂污染控制与经济发展及节能进行综合分析的多目标规划模型.并给出模型求解的一种简便实用的约束--NISE计算方法.应用该模型对某城市大气SO₂污染控制问题进行了系统分析,得出在中期(1990年)以集中供热为主的环境--能源规划方案,并对远期(2000年)提出合理的大气环境目标值.

• Abstract：The paper concludes a multi-objective planning model of comprehensive analysis for controlling sulfur dioxide pollution in air, covering economy and energy conservation. A simple and practical calculating method of constraint-NISE algorithm was found. The problem of ambient sulfur dioxide pollution in city has been systematically analyzed by using this model. The results were applied to environment-energy planning proposal with central heating as the main measure for 1990, and a rational environmental goal was also proposed for the year of 2000.
