- 摘要:本研究采用连续搅拌槽反应器系统(CSTR)对菜豆(Phaseolus vulgaris)进行低浓度SO2长期暴露试验.结果表明,SO2在植物可见伤害阈值以下抑制了莱豆生长,叶片气孔阻力随SO2浓度的增加而增加.植物一旦脱离SO2污染的环境,气孔就恢复到正常水平.切除子叶的菜豆生长明显受抑,但对SO2敏感性和留子叶菜豆相同.
- Abstract:Pinto bean plants (Phaseolus vulgaris) were exposed under 0.15,0.25, 0.50ppm of SO2 until an identical dosage (0.50ppm-h/day) attained for one month to determine effect of atmospheric SO2 on plant growth and stomatal response, and to compare sensitivity of intact pinto bean with that of acotyledonous pinto bean under SO2 exposure.The results indicated that dosage of SO2 below threshold of visible injury reduced growth of pinto bean, while identical dosage of SO2 on pinto beans showed that concentration is more important than duration of exposure on effect to growth and development of pinto beans. The stomatal resistance of pinto bean plants increased with increasing concentration of SO2 in the atmosphere. Reduction in plant growth was found proportional to reduction in stomatal conductance by exposing to SO2. However, the effect of SO2 on stomatal response disappeared and returned to normal one day after fumigation. Bean plants with cotyledons removed were smaller than intact plants, but response to SO2 was similar in both groups.
