- 摘要:作者研究了透气钯催化板的氧化和还原性能,发现该板在反应气氛下极易活化.并考察了催化板对废气中少量有害组分如二甲苯、甲醇、石蜡沥青蒸汽、一氧化碳及烃类等的转化,对甲醇等的转化进行了宏观动力学研究.实验表明催化板转化效率高,该类反应基本上属扩散控制.在高空速下(100000h-1),催化板处理含二甲苯废气,经500h运转,其转化率保持在95%以上.催化板具有外表面积大、孔结构合理、效率高的特点.经约5000h小规模生产运转表明,在120000-240000h-1的高
- Abstract:Oxidation and reduction of a porous Pd-alumina catalyst plate were investigated. It was found that the catalyst plate was activated readily in a reaction atmosphere. The plate was used to treat organic waste gas, containing xylene, methanol, tar gas, carbon monoxide and methane. The kinetics of methanol oxidation catalyzed by the plate was studied. The results indicated a high efficiency of the plate. A life time test of the plate for 500 hours showed a reactivity ratio of above 96% for a small amount of xylene at a high space velocity (100, 000h-1) and a preheated temperature of 260-380℃. As compared with the honeycomb catalyst (17 pores/cm2, φ=2mm), the plate has larger external surface area, better pore structure and higher efficiency. A pilot test for waste gas treatment at a high space velocity (120,000-240, 000h-1) and a preheated temperature over 300℃ has been run for more than 5000h with 90% or higher conversion of xylene and cresol.
