氟化钠与强致突变物联合诱致的高等植物细胞微核效应
- COMBINED MICRONUCLEUS EFFECTS INDUCED BY FLUORIDE AND STRONG MUTAGENS ON THE HIGH PLANT CELLS
- 摘要:氟化钠在与强致突变物的联合实验中均发生较强的颉颃(减毒)作用,例如非常显著地抑制由平阳霉素(染色体断裂剂)或秋水仙素(有丝分裂毒素)诱致的微核效应(F'<FO.01),表现为蚕豆根尖细胞微核率的降低和微核个数的减少,并且在浓度与抑制微核率之间存在非常显著的相关(P<0.01)。在较低浓度范围内,氟化钠对经由上述两种不同的细胞作用型化合物处理的高等植物细胞,产生相同的终点——抑制微核效应,是一项值得深入研究的课题,将有助于进一步了解氟化物的致突变性行为。
- Abstract:Micronucleus (MN) effects induced by Pingyangmycin or Colchicine were significantly (F'<F0.01) inhibited by sodium fluoride (NaF). The inhibited action was showed by the decrease of the ratio (0/00) and numbers (persons) of MN in the root tip cells of Vicia faba. A significant correlation (P<0.01) was observed between the concentration of fluoride and the inhibited MN ratio.
