  • 摘要:在镰刀菌12号的培养基中添加氰化物作诱导剂,可显著地提高酶活力,经海藻酸钙固定后相对活性为89.66%。 比较了自然细胞与固定化细胞的某些性质,两种细胞反应的最适温度分别为25—30℃和35—45℃。反应最适pH值为8.0—9.0。固定化细胞较自然细胞热稳定性明显增加。 固定化细胞柱连续处理浓度为500ppm和1000ppmCN-,流速分别为30ml/h和15ml/h,当进水CN-500ppm,连续运转90h,出水CN-<10ppm。
  • Abstract:Cyanide degradation by immobilized cells of Fusarium sp. No. 12 has been investigated. The enzyme activity could be markedly increased by cyanide induction. Relative activity of the immobilized cells entrapped in Ca-alginate gel was 89.66%. Some properties of the immobilized cells have been compared with those of native cells. Optimum temperature, for enzyme reaction of native cells was 25-30℃, while the optimum temperature for enzyme reaction of the immobilized cells was 35-45℃. And optimum pH was 8.0-9.0for both cells. Heat stability of the immobilized cells was higher than that of native cells. The immobilized cells column has been used for continuous treatment of wastewater of 500ppm CN-for 90 hrs at 25-30℃. Effluents of cyanide have been reduced to less than 10 ppm.
