• 摘要：本文通过现场实测和研究,建立了一个适合于平原中等工业城市的空气质量模式体系,利用大量实测资料进行了模式验证,表明模式与实况符合甚好。在此基础上预测了1990年和2000年的大气污染状况,并进行了综合防治对策、环境容量估算等模式应用研究,取得良好效果。为城市经济发展和环境保护的协调调提供了科学依据。

• Abstract：The meteorological condition and air pollutant concentrations in Changzhou area were observed during a 15 months period. A field experiment was carried out to study the meteorological elements and dispersion in the boundary layer. The results showed that the Gaussian model is applicable to the moderately industrialized city in plain area, as long as the model parameters are identified in situ. The calculated results were consistent with those observed. Based on the model the air pollution pattern in future was predicted.
