  • 摘要:通过滑石粉-硅藻土技术浓缩长江水中病毒,用空斑技术滴定病毒,用ELISA、SPA—免疫电镜进行病毒定性分型,发现长江水中病毒检出率为100%,病毒量为1.2×102—1.7×103PFU/L。夏秋季病毒量较春季为多,长江水中已检出PolioⅠ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ型病毒。
  • Abstract:Viruses in Yantze River were concentrated by Talcum powder-diatomite procedure. The infective virion's content was determined using plaque technique and the serotypes were identified by enzyme-linked immunoadsorbent assay and SPA solid-phase immune electron-microscopy. The results show that the detectability of virus in Yangtze River is 100% and the poliovirus I, Ⅱ and Ⅲ were detected. The infective virus content in the river water ranges from 1.2×102to 1.7×103 PFU/L and the content is higher during summer and fall than during winter and spring.
