  • 摘要:在二升高压釜中研究了酚水(3540mg酚/L、9278mgCOD/L)和煤气化废水(7866mg酚/L、22928mgCOD/L)的湿式氧化处理,反应温度控制在180—250℃,氧分压为9.8×105—34.3×105Pa。煤气化废水在温度为190—250℃、氧分压为9.8×105Pa,反应90min酚去除60—90%及COD降低35—55%。 酚水和煤气化废水的表观动力学研究表现出快速及慢速反应段,反应速率与COD值呈一次方关系,当温度一定时,反应速率与氧分压为0.25级关系,影响程度明显低于温度。
  • Abstract:The wet oxidation for the purification of the phenol-water and the wastewater from coal gasification has been investigated in a 2L autoclave at temperature from 180 to 250°C, oxygen pressure of 9.8-34.3×105 Pa, and initial concentrations of phenol at 3540mg/L, 7866mg/L and COD at 9278mg/L, 22928mg/L, respectively. 60-90% of the phenol and 35-55% of the COD were removed in 90 minutes at temperature from190°C to 250°C and oxygen pressure of 9.8×105Pa.The COD decay during wet oxidation at high temperature involves two stages; a fast decay of first order with respect to COD value followed by a slow one of the same order. The rate constants of COD decay of phenol-water and coal gasification wastewater can be expressed as follows:The order of reaction with respect to oxygen pressure has been determined to be 0.25 at 220°C.
