- EFFECTS OF PHOSPHORAMIDOTHIOLATE PESTICIDES ON THE LIPID PEROXIDATION OF ERYTHROCYTE MEMBRANE
- 摘要：研究了三种新合成的硫醇式磷酰胺类杀虫剂对大鼠红细胞膜丙二醛含量及高分子蛋白形成的影响,分析了两者之间的相互关系。结果表明,这三种杀虫剂对膜丙二醛含量无影响,但是FPP可以引起高分子蛋白的形成,而高分子蛋白形成可以使正常膜蛋白成份发生改变。
- Abstract：The effects of phosphoramidothiolate pesticides on the lipid peroxi-dation of rat erythrocyte membrane were studied by analysing the content of malonaldehyde and the formation of high molecular weight protein. The pesticides investigated did not influence the content of malonaldehyde of membrane, but led to the formation of high molecular weight protein. It was also found that the formation of high molecular weight protein changed the normal protein component of membrane.
