  • 摘要:在2L高压釜中进行了催化湿式氧化处理煤气化废水(含酚7866mg/L,COD22928mg/L)的研究。在反应温度178—236℃、氧分压9.8×105—29.4×105Pa条件下,评价了几种金属盐催化剂,硝酸铜以及它与氯化亚铁的混合物显示出高的氧化催化活性。在合理的处理时间内,酚、CN-、S2-去除率近100%;COD降低65—90%;多环芳烃类有明显净化效果。考察了COD降低与时间的关系。结果表明,氧化反应有快速与
  • Abstract:The catalytic wet oxidation for the treatment of coal gasification wastewater was investigated in a two-liter autoclave at temperatures from 178 to 236℃, under oxygen partial pressure from 10 to 30 kg/cm2 and with an initial phenol concentration of 7866mg/L and COD 22928mg/L. Se-veral catalysts of metal salts Were evaluated. Copper nitrate and its mixture with ferrous chloride were found to have quite high activities and to give removabilities of 65-90% for COD, nearly 100% for phenol, CN- and S2- and a significant removal of PAH. Two stages of COD reduction, a fast one followed by a slow one, were observed during the treatment and both stages showed a first order pattern with respect to the COD value. Following equation can be used to describe the rate "constant for the first stage of the reaction:The effect of oxygen partial pressure on the reaction was much less than that of the temperature.
