  • 摘要:将不同剂量的呋喃丹施入棉花、玉米、小麦及水稻幼苗进行水培试验。结果表明,当呋喃丹浓度≤10ppm时对作物均无影响;对棉苗的生长和玉米叶片叶绿素形成有促进作用;对玉米离子外渗、TTC还原力和LDR无影响。盆栽试验施入75kg/ha。(折算,3%含量)以下的呋喃丹对棉苗的生长、离子外渗和光合速率均无影响。实验结果证明,呋喃丹对作物毒性低,在一般田间施用量下,对作物生长和某些生理功能无不良影响。
  • Abstract:Effects of carbofuran on the growth and physiological processes of cotton, corn, wheat and rice seedlings cultured in phytotron were investigated. Hydroppnic experimental results showed that carbofuran at low concentra-tioa(≤10mg/L) had no effects on the growth of corn, wheat and rice seedlings and the ion leakage, TTC reductive activity and LDR of corn seedlings, but stimulated the growth of cotton seedlings and increased the chlorophyll content of corn leaves. The carbofuran concentration which inhibited seedling growth was 100 mg/L or even higher. The concentration which reduced the chlorophyll content was above 50 mg/L. In case of decreasing TTC reductive activity and increasing LDR, the concentration was above 100mg/L, and the concentration which strengthened the ion leakage was above 250 mg/L. Pot experiments with an application rate equivalent to 75 kg carbofuran granule per hectare (3% effective component) showed no changes in growth, ion leakage and photosynthetic rate of cotton leaves. LDR increased after 15 hours of carbofuran application (7.5 to 375 kg/ha) and complete recovered 64 hours later.
