- SYNCHRONOUS FLUORESCENCE TECHNIQUE AND ITS USE IN IDENTIFICATION OF POLY NUCLEAR AROMATIC HYDROCARBONS IN URINE SAMPLES
- 摘要:荧光光谱技术是一种灵敏度高和选择性强的光度分析方法,特别是对广泛存在于环境中的多环芳烃类化合物(PAHs)是一种有力的痕量分析手段,但在复杂混合样品的分析中却受到不同程度的限制。
- Abstract:The synchronous fluorescence spectroscopy of three polynuclear aromatic hydrocarbons was studied. It was shown that the specific △λ of the spectra were 10nm for benzo (k) fluoranthene, 25nm for benzo (a) py-rene and 40nm for pyrene. The peaks of the spectra were at 407nm, 404nm and 373am for the three chemicals respectively. Benzp (k) fluoranthene, benzo (a) pyrene and pyrene in, urine samples from smokers and coke oven workers were identified by high-pressure liquid chromatography coupled with the synchronous fluorescence spectroscopy.
