  • 摘要:从印染、毛纺等废水处理场的生物膜和活性污泥中分离到13株对36种染料有脱色能力的细菌。其中三株转化单胞菌D32,D33,D4分别对29种染料有良好的脱色作用,其完整细胞对单一染料的脱色活力达2.6mg·g-1(细胞湿重)·h-1。对脱色反应的条件和机理进行了初探。
  • Abstract:13 strains of bacteria able to decolorize various dyes were isolated from activated sludge and biofilm collected from textile wastewater treatment plants and were identified as Alteromonas, Klebsiella, Pseudomon-as, Enterobacter, Alcaligenes and Corynebacterium, Among 36 dyes tested, three strains of Alteromonas D4, D32 and D33 could decolorize 29 of them with a decoloring ability of 2.6 mg per gram of cell per hour. The optimum pH was 7-8 and the optimum temperature was 37℃. The growth of the bacteria in shaking cultures was 3 times better than that in static cultures, but the rate of decolorization of dyes in the latter was 4-8 times higher than that in the former. The results of the examination on the reaction products of Diamond Chrome Red B and Diamond Nary Blue RRN indicated the possibility of biodegradation of these dyes by Enterobacter D17.
