  • 摘要:健康人的完整血红细胞膜用脂肪酸自旋标记物Ⅰ(12,3)和Ⅰ(1,14)标记,测得其ESR波谱·氟化钠、重铬酸钾、丝裂霉素C和秋水仙素等环境诱变剂较显著地改变膜的序参数S和旋转相关时间,尤在膜表层,S和明显增大。温度曲线表明,人血的完整红细胞膜的相变点在膜表层和深层分别是38℃和40.0℃。在诱变剂作用下,膜类酯的动力学性质有明显变化。
  • Abstract:ESR spectra of intact human erythrocyte membranes labeled with fatty acid spin labels [I (12,3) and I(1,14)] were measured.Four muta-gens, including sodium fluoride, potassium bichromate, mitomycin C and colchicine, significantly altered order parameter 5 and rotational correlation times τc, particularly on the surface layer of the membrane.The phase transition temperature of human erythrocyte membrane on the surface and in the depth were 38.0℃ and 40.0℃ respectively.Under the action of the mutagens, the kinetic properties of the membrane lipid changed markedly: the temperature transition point of 5 value on the bilayer surface was significantly altered by sodium fluoride and mitomycin C; the phase transition point increased in the depth but increased or decreased on the surface; the rotational activation energies Ea decreased in all cases except for cases of sodium fluoride and potassium bichromate before phase-transition point in the depth of the membrane.
