- RESPONSE AND RECOVERY OF WHEAT SEEDLINGS TO FLUORINE EXPOSURE
- 摘要:近年来,大量的研究报道了HF可以引起植物的不可见伤害(或生理伤害)。关于HF暴露对植物根系的影响以及终止暴露后植物的恢复现象的报道还不多。我们探讨了低浓度HF慢性暴露对小麦幼苗叶和根的生理伤害以及恢复现象。
- Abstract:After exposed to fluorine at.concentrations of 5.6μgF/m3 and 12.6μgF /m3 8 hours a day for 9 days,there was no visible injury observed on.wheat seedling leaves.Apparent photosynthesis (AP) of the wheat seedling leaves increased after 24 or 48 hours exposure to 5.6μgF/m3 continuously but decreased if the exposure period lasted longer.The AP decreased from the very beginning of the exposure when the fluorine concentration was 12.6μgF/m8.The content of free sugar(CFS) of the leaves-and roots decreased in all cases of exposure.The recoveries of AP and CFS occurred 48 hours after the exposure, especially for those exposed to 5.6 μgF/m3 fluorine.
