  • 摘要:小麦根系吸收土壤中的14C-辛硫磷,经茎转运到植株地上各部分,累积在小麦叶片中的14C-辛硫磷残留物再通过蒸腾、代谢和光解等途径不断转移和消解,或以14CO2,或以其它含14C-化合物形式向体外逸出,经过整个生育期(90天)的转移和消解,麦收后土壤中仍有少量14C-辛硫磷残留物,这些残留物或以含14C土壤蒸发液形式、或由土壤微生物作用分解成14CO2逸出土壤。
  • Abstract:The degradation and the transmission of 14C-phoxim in potting soil after mixing the chemical with the soil were studied. The phoxim in the soil was uptaken by roots of wheat plants and transmitted to the organs above the ground. The leave residue of the phoxim was disappeared through transpiration,metabolization and photo-dissociation. The residual phoxim in soil is either decomposed into CO2 or evaporated together with soil water.
