静电除尘器收集效率的研究
- MAXIMUM COLLECTION EFFICIENCY OF ELECTROSTATIC PRECIPITATOR
- 摘要:提出了静电除尘器收集效率理论的新观点,Deutsch理论是其当横向紊流扩散系数趋于无穷大的一种特例,指出静电除尘器所能达到的理论收集效率高于Deutsch效率.并分析了其原因,进而解释了一些Dewtsch理论所不能解释的现象、气流质量是影响静电除尘器收集效率的重要因素.静电除尘器内紊流和二次流的产生机理和作用规律以及一些非理想物理效应的研究对于进一步提高其收集效率具有重要意义。
- Abstract:A general theory for collection efficiency of electrostatic precipitator was proposed and Deutsch's formula is only a specific case of which with the transverse turbulent diffusion coefficient approaching to indefinite, indicating that the theoretical maximum collection efficiency of the equipment could be higher than that suggested by Deutsch's method. Based on the theory,certain non-Deutsch phenomena can then be explained and gas flow quality is considered to be a significant factor affecting the collection efficiency.
