• 摘要：用高分辨质谱检出了墨水碳黑有机溶剂提取物中的六种硝基取代多环芳烃化合物,高效液相色谱的保留时间和紫外光谱确证了提取物中的二硝基芘和3-硝基芴酮,根据定量测定结果表明:二硝基芘是提取物中直接致突变活性的主要来源.

• Abstract：Six nitrosubstituted polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons have been identified in an extract of carbon black for making ink based on HRMS. Dinitropyrenes and 3-nitro-9-fluorenone have been confirmed by HPLC retention time and UV spectrum. According to the results of the quantitative analysis and Ames test, dinitropyrenes are responsible to the major part of direct-acting mutagenicity of the extract (67.7% of the total activity) .
