  • 摘要:介绍了水果中对硫磷的酶联免疫分析技术(ELISA).对硫磷在被还原成氨基对硫磷后,经重氮化反应与牛血清白蛋自(BSA)或兔血清白蛋白(RSA)联结,前者作为免疫抗原,后者作为包被抗原,测定水、梨、苹果时的最低检测浓度分别为3ppb、0.15ppm和0.225ppm对硫磷.样品的添加回收率均高于88%.
  • Abstract:The development of an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for the insecticide parathion is described. Parathion was reduced to amino parathion, then conjugated to BSA and RSA,the former was used as immunogen and the latter as coating conjugate. An assay is described to be a specific, simple, rapid and cost-effective method. The limit of detection is 3 ng/ml for parathion in sample-free solution, 0.15 μg/ml in pear and 0.225 μg/ml in apple. The recoveries of parathion in pear and apple were greater than 88%.
