  • 摘要:自本世纪50年代以来,环境污染日趋严重.国内外许多学者针对水环境污染与水生生物之间的关系进行了一些研究.在水生无脊椎动物中,以原生动物和一些底栖动物的研究较多,并已成为生物监测的手段.作为浮游动物四大类群之一的轮虫(Rotifers)至今尚未引起足够重视.虽然在国外有过报道,但国内对轮虫在生物监测中的指示作用研究不多.为了分析、研究轮虫在生物监测中的作用,我们于1985-1986年在洋河水库水质评价工作中,利用轮虫群落,通过多种生态学方法,评价了洋河水库的水质.
  • Abstract:A rotifer survey was conducted in 1985-1986 in the Yanghe Reservoir, Hebei province.There were 36 species rotifers observed and 16 of them belonged to the common species. Asplauchna priodonta and Polyarthra trigla were dominant species. They contributed 68.2 percent of the whole rotifer population.The horizontal distribution of rotifers and diuration of dominant species was studied in the Yanghe Reservoir. The water quality of the Yanghe Reservoir was assessed by using data of rotifer community structure through the indicator method, biotic index and species diversity. In the meantime, another evaluation of water quality was carried out by using physical-chemical index. The results of the two evaluation were the same.
