黄海江豚体脂中有机氯的含量及与其年龄等相关性的研究

- 摘要：从江苏吕泗采集到18头黄海产江豚,测定了体脂中DDTs和BHCs含量.DDTs浓度范围为2.27-77.69μg/g.BHCs为0.42-7.24μg/g.黄海江豚体脂中DDTs的含量比日本海和长江江豚低,BHCs含量则高许多.在雌性中,四龄前DDTs和BHCs的蓄积浓度随年龄增长而增加,至4龄左右,随年龄的增长而下降.
- Abstract：Eighteen specimens of the finless porpoise, Neopocaena phocaenoides, were collected from the Yellow Sea near Lusi, Jiangsu Province. The concentrations of DDTs and BHCs in blubber of the finless porpoise were determined. The levels of DDTs in the blubber were 2. 27-77. 69 μg/g, those of BHCs were 0. 42-7.24 μg/g, The DDTs levels in the blubber of the finless porpoise from the Yellow Sea were lower than those from the Yangtze River and Sea of Japan, whereas the BHCs levels of the former were much higher than those of latter. In males, the concentrations of DDTs and BHCs increased with age, in females, they increased until 4 years old, then decreased with age.
