- ANALYSIS OF POLYCYCLIC AROMATIC HYDROCARBONS IN FISH TISSUE
- 摘要：研究了鱼体中2-5环多环芳烃的分析方法。方法包括皂化、萃取、氧化铝柱色谱分组、SephadexLH-20凝胶色谱净化, 以及气相色谱和高效液相色谱方法分离测定, 其方法对多环芳烃的添加回收率在60%到98%之间, 检测限为0.lppb.应用本方法测定了北京地区两个鱼样体内多环芳烃的含量。
- Abstract：A method is described for the determination of polycyclic aromatic hy-drocarbons(PAHs with 2-5 rings in fish tissue. The analytical procedure includes following steps:saponification,extraction,column chromato-graphy on alumina,clean-up with gel permeation chromatography,gas chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography with UV and fluorescence detectors.The recoveries ranged from 60% to 98% for PAHs and the detection limit is 0.1 ppb.Results of fish samples are presen-ted. One of the samples comes from a reservoir and the other comes from afishing ground.
