  • 摘要:选用新型DSⅠ型复合金属氧化物脱硫剂, 研究其在移动床反应器中的脱硫行为。采用正交法设计实验, 考察了诸因素对脱硫过程的影响, 并优化了工艺条件, 得到了最佳工艺参数。在移动床中实现脱硫剂的再生, 得到浓度为4%的硫氧化物再生气, 并可回收利用制备浓硫酸。在反复实验的基础上, 建立了适用于烟气脱硫的移动床反应器数学模型, 该模型可用于反应器的设计, 为工业放大提供了理论依据。
  • Abstract:In this paper,new DSⅠ comlex metal oxide has been chosen as desulfu-rizing agent,and its desurizing behavior has been investigated in moving bed reactor.By ortho-design experiment.Influence of some factors has been ob-served,technology process has been optimized and the optimum parameters have been obtained Regeneration of desulfurizing agent has been realized in moving bed, sulphur oxide with a concentration of 4% recovered to produce concentrated sulfuric acid.Based on repeated experiments,the moving bed reactor models applicable to flue gas desufurization have been proposed and used for reactor design,providing a theoretical basis for industry scale-up.
