• 摘要：研究了杀虫剂单甲脒对斜生栅藻(Scenedesmusobliquus)和蛋白核小球藻(Chlorellapyrenoi-dosa)的短期和长期毒性。用细胞密度计算出的48hEC₅₀分别为1.42和1.41mg/L,96hEC₅₀分别为1.67和1.62mg/L长期毒性试验结果表明,经试验初期的抑制后,杀虫剂单甲脒能促进藻类繁衍。

• Abstract：The algae growth inhibition test and long-toxicity studies of N-(2,4-Dimethyphenyl)-N'-Methylamidine hydrochloride(monoformamidine)on Scendesmus obliquus and Chlorella pyrenoidosa were carried out in an illuminating incubator(24±℃, L:D=12:12).The 96 h EC₅₀ for both Scenedesmus obliquus and chlorella pyrenoidosa was 1.67 and 1.62 mg/L repectivelly.The long-term tests indicate that monoformamidine insecticide may promote the growthof algae through first several days inhibition at 0.12-31.25 mg/L of nominated concentra-tion.
