- EFFECT OF ADDITION OF ZrO2,TiO2,AND γ-Al2O3ON COMBUSTION CATALYST Pt-Pd/Al2O3
- 摘要:运用XRD、BET、DTA等测试技求,研究并考察了掺杂ZrO2、TiO2、r-Al2O3对Pt-Pd/Al2O3燃烧催化剂性能的影响,结果表明,ZrO2对Al2O3晶相的γ型转为α型有明显的抑制作用,而TiO2的添入则起促进作用;高温引起催化剂活性下降的主要原因是作为第一载体的Al2O3的比表面积和孔容减少以及Al2O3晶态从γ型转为α型所造成的。
- Abstract:The effects of second carrier,such as ZrO2,TiO2 and γ-Al2O3 on the thermal stabilityof combustion catalyst were studied by XRD, BET and TDA. The results indecated thatthe phase change ofγ-Al2O3 toα-Al2O3 as the first carrier is a main reason for descents ofoxidation activity of catalysts,and the phase change ofγ-Al2O3 was inhibited in the presenceof ZrO2. However,TiO2 promoted the phase change ofγ-A2O3.
