  • 摘要:酵母菌是一类真核微生物,它的细胞结构及功能与高等生物真核细胞相似,化合物对酵母菌的毒性与对真核细胞生物的毒性有良好的相关性,然而在以往的文献中对用酵母菌进行定量毒性评价注意不多,疏水性化合物对酵母菌的毒性数据尤其较少.本文用化合物最小量产生清晰抑菌圈浓度的方法测定了卤代苯类化合物对酵母菌毒性大小,并讨论了卤代苯对酵母菌的毒性与对其它高等真核生物毒性的关系。
  • Abstract:The toxicity of halogneated-benzene to Saccharomyces cereviszae was measured by theminimum sample concentration which produced clear inhibition zone on pre-seeded agarplate. The samples were dissolved in DMSO-Glycol(80: 20(W/W) )carrier solvent.TheresuIts were correlated with n-octanol/water partition coefficient and molecular connectivityindices.log(1/Cmin)=0.773 logKow-0.834,R=0.985,S=0.815,N=14log(1/Cmin)=0.2950°Xv+0.6721Xv-2.57,R=0.989,S=0.0743,N=14The results were also compared to the toxicity of halogenated-benzene to photobacteriumphosphoreum,fathead minnow and rat,which were also correlated with each other. Theregression of the toxicity to Saccharomyces cerevislae on the toxicity to fathead minnow andthe regression of toxicity to Saccharomyces cerevisiae on the toxicity to rat had almost thesame slope(0.993 and 0.973 respectively),while on the toxicity photobacterium phospho-reum 1.52,which means the toxic effect to eucaryotic Saccharomyces cerevisiae and to fat-head minnow and rat are at same level.
