- 摘要:研究了5类32种芳香化合物生物降解性。选用城市污水场活性污泥富集的混合菌种做菌源,在好氧生物降解实验条件下,苯甲酸类、苯酚类(只含羟基)和甲苯是较容易降解的;苯和苯的同系物是可生物降解的;苯磺酸类和含氮芳香化合物均是难降解的,被试化合物的生物降解性与其化学组成、结构有着密切的关系,随着苯环上取代基数量的增加,取代基链的加长,生物降解难度加大,取代基的位置异构化,对生物降解性也有影响。经过驯化的微生物可以更快地适应于对该类化合物的降解,缩短了生物降解的起动期,并且提高了降解速率。
- Abstract:The results of biodegradation test for 32 aromatic compounds are reported in this pa-per.The experiments were carried out under aerobic conditions by using the mixed cultureselected from activated sludge of a municipal wastewater treatment plant.Benzoate, phtha-lates, phenols(only contains hydroxyl group)and toluene were degraded easily.Benzeneand benzene homologous compounds are degradable;Benzene sulfonate, nitrogen containingaromatic compounds are refractory compounds for degradation, The bioldegradability of thecompounds depends strongly on its chemical component and structure. The refractory tobiodegradation of the compounds would increase as the number of the substitute group in-crease or the substitute chain lengthen. Position isomerization of the substitute groups alsoaffects biodegradability of the compounds. Acclimated bacteria become more agreeable tometabolite above compounds.Lag time gets shorten and the rate of biodegradation arises.
