- 摘要:碘是人类发现的第二个生物必需的微量元素,是甲状腺激素组成不可缺少的成分,它的生理功能主要是通过甲状腺激素表现出来.甲状腺激素对动物机体的作用极为广泛,它不仅调节体内许多物质的新陈代谢,而且对机体生长发育也有重要的影响,一旦碘缺乏,就会出现家畜碘缺乏症,给家畜健康与生产带来严重障碍.值得注意的是,给动物喂以高碘食物或饮水也引起动物甲状腺肿.动物对碘的摄入量并非越多越好。
- Abstract:The distributions of iodine in rainwater, potable water and sheep urine in both iodinesufficient and deficient regions of Shandong Province of China were investigated.The aver-age iodine content in rain-water was 2.4μg/L in iodine deficient regions and 3.0μg/L in io-dine sufficient regions, between which the difference was not significant(P>0.05).But theaverage iodine contents were 4.0μg/L in potable water and 400μg/g creatinine in sheepurine in iodine deficient regions, whilst the figures turned out to be 15.0μg/L and 4100 μg/g creatinine in iodine sufficient regions, The difference between these values of two regionswas significant(P<0.05).The iodine concentration in sheep urine positively correlated tothat in potable water.It would be possible to take iodine concentration in potable water toestimate the iodine metabolic staes in local animal bodies.
