• 摘要：报告了十种有机磷农药对扁藻生长的半数抑制浓度EC₅₀值。依其毒性大小分：辛硫磷为剧毒；甲基异柳磷、对硫磷、甲基对硫磷为高毒；敌敌畏、氧化乐果、甲胺磷(江苏)、果保灵、甲胺磷(山东)为中等毒性；久效磷、灭杀毙为低毒。并初步探讨了有机磷农药结构和对微藻毒性大小的关系。

• Abstract：The EC₅₀ values of ten organophosphorus pesticides to platymonas sp. were studied. According to EC₅₀, these pesticides can be divided into four groups. Only phoxim belongs to the first group, its EC₅₀ is 0. 76 mg/L. The second group includes isodenphos-methyl, parathion ,parathion-methyl, their EC₅₀ are 1. 07 mg/L, 1. 90 mg/L, and 1. 69 mg/L, respectively. The third group includes dichlorvos, omethoate, methamidophos, with EC₅₀ of 2. 56 mg/L ,5. 26 mg/L, 2. 61 mg/L and 3. 66 mg/L, 3. 00 mg/L, respectively. The fourth group has the lowest toxicity and includes moncrotophos and malthion, their EC₅₀ are 6. 31 mg/L and 10. 47 mg/L, respectively. The relationship between the structure of organophosphorus pesticides and its toxicity is discussed.
