- 摘要:花生蛋白废水是花生蛋白加工过程中排放的一种高浓度有机废水.每生产1t花生蛋白约有15t废水排出,其中主要成分为淀粉,COD高达10000ppm以上,如不经处理排放到自然界,将造成严重的环境污染.
- Abstract:Using a liquid-solid two steps fermentative technology, conversion of waste water from peanut protein processing to fish meal substitute, by Aspergillus oryzae, SU64 (white mutant),Trichosporon cutaneum, ST851-10 and Endomycopsis fibuligera, SC85 on mixed culture, was studied. The fish meal substitute contained digestive enzymes, vitamins and trace elements; the protein content reached 31. 6% and its amino acid was complete. Moreover, methionine increased 196. 7 % compared with the raw material. The recovered rate of product was above than 80%. The following hen-feeding experiment showed that fish meal substitute can be used as protein feedstuff and partly replaced the fish meal.
