膜生物反应器净化石油化工污水的研究

- 摘要:介绍了将膜生物反应器用于石油化工污水净化的研究。研制了一套实验室规模的好氧分离式膜生物反应器,膜组件为中空纤维超滤膜,生物反应器为活性污泥曝气池。该实验装置对石油化工污水中COD、BOD5、SS、浊度、石油类的去除率分别为78%-98%、96%-99%、74%-99%、98%-100%、87%;出水中COD、BOD5、SS、浊度、石油类分别为15.8-68.6mg/L、2.4-7.8mg/L、1.2-6.9mg/L、0.11-0.61NTU、0.04-10.70mg/L.膜生物反应器出水浊度低,出水水质稳定,宜于回用。膜生物反应器COD污泥负荷可达0.11-1.14kg(COD)/(kg(MLSS)·d);碳、氮、磷比值以COD∶NH3-N∶P表示为100∶12.5∶0.6.
- Abstract:A study on membrane bioreactor for petrochemical wasterwater treatment and reuse was introduced.The laboratory scale membrane bioreactor is composed of activated sludge bioreacter with a hollow fiber crossflow ultrafiltration membrane module.The results showed that the membrane bioreactor have a high removal efficiency for COD(78%—98%), BOD5(96%—99%), SS(74%—99%) and turbidity (98%—100%).Effluent quality was stable with COD of 26.7 mg/L and turbidity of 0.1—0.6 NUT.The treated water could be used for washing or cooling.The permeated flux of the membrane was above 60L/(h·m2·105Pa) during a period of 34 day operation.Operational parameters as sludge loading, volumetric loading and COD∶NH3 N∶P were discussed.
