  • 摘要:参照美国环保局制定的”推导保护水生生物及其用途的国家水质基准的技术指南“, 结合我国水生生物区系的特点,研究和推导优先污染物丙烯腈的水生态基准。根据8种水生动物的急性毒性试验、两种水生动物的慢性毒性试验和浮萍生长抑制毒性试验的结果,按照美国环保局推荐的计算方法,推导出丙烯腈的基准连续浓度为0.5751mg/L, 基准最大浓度为2.156mg/L.
  • Abstract:Water quality criteria of acrylonitrile was studied on the basis of the features of the aquatic biota in China and with reference to "Guideline for Deriving Numerical National Water Quality Criteria for the Protection of Aquatic Organisms and Their Uses”.The criteria continuous concentration and criteria maximum concentration were calculated as 0.5751 mg/L and 2.156mg/L respectively using the method recommended by USEPA, according to the acute toxicity values of acrylonytrile to eight aquatic animal species .chronic toxicity values of two aquatic animal species, and the growth inhibition toxicity to Lemna minor.
