  • 摘要:研究了铅-四(4-三甲铵苯基)卟啉(TTMAPP)在1.0×10-4mol/L邻菲咯啉催化下,在0.1mol/LNaOH-0.4mol/LNH4Cl(pH9.0)介质中的极谱行为,并探讨了TTMAPP及PbTTMAPP电极反应机理。应用极谱摩尔比法研究了络合物的组成,结果表明PbTTMAPP为11络合物,条件稳定常数为4.5×107.根据PbTTMAPP在-0.74V(vs.SCE)的络合吸附波,利用导数示波极谱波研究湖水中痕量铅的形态,对溶解态自由铅离子、络合铅离子、铅的总量以及悬浮态铅进行了测定,检出限为0.002ppm.
  • Abstract:Polarographic behavior of lead meso tetra(4 timethyl ammoniumphenyl)prophine(TTMAPP) complex in 0.1 mol/L NaOH 0.4mol/L NH4Cl(pH 9.0) base solution and catalyzed by o phenanthroline was studied. The electrode reaction mechanism of TTMAPP and PbTTMAPP was investigated. The composition of PbTTMAPP complex was studied by polarographic mole ratio method. The results show that PBTTMAPP in complex is 1∶1, the conditional stability constant of complex is 4.5×107. The method was applied to determine the speciation of trace amount of dissolved Pb (total Pb, complex Pb and free Pb ions, and suspended Pb) in lake water.
