- 摘要:采取电解法制备聚合絮凝剂可望通过控制过程的电化学与溶液化学条件,克服化学法制备中的缺陷,以获取最优的絮凝剂形态和效果。极化是影响电解制备的最主要问题之一,它将产生过电位、增加电解槽压、降低电流效率。通过理论及实验分析,研究了影响和抑制极化的因素和方法。结果表明,选择适宜的电解质性质、浓度和电极条件,可以有效控制极化,实现低电压、高电流的聚合氯化铝(PAC)电解制备环境。在有效抑制极化的条件下,制备的PAC产物中Alb含量达到80%.
- Abstract:It has been expected that some problems in the preparation of flocculants may be overcome by the electrolysis method through controlling the electrical and solution conditions in the processes.However,we noted that the problem of polarization,including electrical,concentration difference and oxidizedfilm polarization,is the main factors affecting on the preparation efficiency.The polarization can produce extra potential,increase the electrolysis trough potential and decrease the current efficiency.By the theoretical and experimental analyses,we studied the property of polarization and the method for its minimization.It was found that the polarization could be minimized by selecting an electrolyte with suitable property and concentration and by controlling optimum electrode conditions.An electrolysis environment with low potential and high current density in PAC preparation was established,and a result of 80% Al-b in the electrolysis products of PAC was got after the polarization was minimized.
