液膜分离在造纸黑液治理中的应用
- APPLICATION OF EMULSION LIQUID MEMBRANE TO TREATMENT OF PAPER MILL BLACK LIQUOR
- 摘要:目前, 我国造纸工业普遍采用碱法制浆, 而蒸煮制浆过程中产生的黑液含有大量的有机物和无机物, COD值很高, 黑液不经处理直接排放, 会给环境带来严重的污染, 近年来黑液治理方法很多, 但除较成熟并工业化的蒸发浓缩燃烧苛化回收碱的方法外, 大多数治理都不能彻底解决污染问题[1], 而燃烧苛化法成本高、投资大, 为一般中、小型造纸企业所难以承受, 虽然中小型企业采用酸化法提取木质素治理造纸黑液工艺简单易工业化[2], 但酸化法处理后的废水显酸性且COD值还很高, 达不到国家排放标准, 这样不仅消耗大量硫酸, 而且易产生二次污染.由于液膜分离技术快速、高效和节能, 因而在湿法冶金、石油化工、生物分离、化工环保等方面得到了广泛应用[3].为此我们采用液膜法处理造纸黑液, 并在实验室研究基础上进行放大实验, 获得了满意的结果, 为中小型造纸厂的黑液污染治理提供了新途径.
- Abstract:Mass transfer mechanism and membrane composition were introduced for application of emulsion liquid membrane for treatment of paper mill black liquor. Factors affecting the removal efficiency of COD were studied. experimental results indicate that the system of emulsion liquid membrane was steady as it consisted of kerosene, LMA-1 and H2SO4. The removal efficiency of COD is up to 98% when LMA-1 is 3g/100mL kerosene, H2SO4 is 1mol/L, the Rew=1∶20, and Roi=1∶1. The cost of treatment is around two RMB Yuan.
