  • 摘要:在镉胁迫下,小麦叶中超氧阴离子自由基(O2)的积累显着增加,伴随MDA含量升高,显示发生膜脂过氧化。镉胁迫使活性氧清除酶系统功能紊乱,其中SOD酶活性下降,POD酶活性升高,而CAT酶活性无显着变化。SH基的含量下降与电解质泄漏加剧呈负相关,表明细胞质膜的结构和功能都受到损伤。推测小麦受镉伤害过程中,活性氧代谢失衡造成的膜脂过氧化起着重要作用。
  • Abstract:Germinating seedlings of wheat (Triticum aestivum) were treated with different concentrations of cadmium acetate (0.05, 0.1, 0.3, 0.5 and 1.0 mmol/L. Cd2+ treatment significantly enhanced the accumulations of superoxide radical (O2) and malondialdehyde (MDA) in wheat leaves. Under cadmium stress, the activity of superoxide dismutase (EC1.15.1.1) apparently decreased while catalase (EC1.11.1.6) changed insignificantly. Furthermore, the content of sulfhyryl group was lower, and the electrolyte leakage outward leave cells was much high. Our results suggest that effects of Cd2+ on wheat seeding are achieved by excessive accumulation of superoxide radical which results from the degradation of the free radical scavenging system.
