紫外辐射增加对春小麦生理、产量和品质的影响

- 摘要:研究了大田栽培和自然光条件下,模拟紫外辐射(UV/B, 280-315nm)增加对春小麦生理、产量和品质的影响。随UV/B辐射增加,春小麦叶片可见伤害症状加重,叶片叶绿素含量、SOD活性、气孔导度、蒸腾速率、植株干重、穗粒数和穗粒重均明显降低,MDA含量和类黄酮含量以及籽粒总糖含量增加,籽粒粗蛋白、总氨基酸和15种氨基酸含量在60mW·m-2和100mW·m-2时降低,而在120mW·m-2时却高于对照,籽粒总淀粉含量无明显变化。MDA含量与叶绿素含量及SOD活性之间具有显着的负相关,可认为春小麦体内代谢紊乱及诸多伤害与膜脂质过氧化作用有关。
- Abstract:Influences of enhanced ultraviolet radiation (UV/B, 280—315 nm) on physiological indicator, yield and quality of wheat plants grown in filed were investigated. With the increase in UV/B radiation, leaf visible injury became serious, chlorophyll content, SOD activity, stomatal conductance, transpiration in leaves, biomass, ear seed number and ear seed weight decreased obviously, MDA content, flavonoid content and all sugar content in seed increased, rough protein content, total amino acid content and 15 amino acid content decreased with treatment of 60 mW·m-2 and 100 mW·m-2 UV/B radiation, and they were higher than control with treatment of 120 mW·m-2, rough starch content in seed had no obvious changes. MDA content had significant negative correlation with the chlorophyll content and SOD activity, it suggested that the metabolic disorder and various injuries in leaves induced by UV/B radiation were the result of the increase of membrane lipid peroxidation.
