  • 摘要:对异极距为150mm的V型收尘极板的电流密度分布和抑制高比电阻粉尘反电晕的机制进行了分析。采用模拟粉尘层验证了其抑制反电晕的效果。确定V型收尘极板的张角取80°-90°为宜。极板边缘向放电电极面曲率半径r和异极距a应满足关系式r≥a/25.
  • Abstract:Both the distribution of current density and the mechanism of restraining back corona of high resistivity power with a spacing of 150mm between discharge and V type collecting electrodes have been analyzed in this paper.The effects of restraining back ionization has been checked by using model power layer.The angle of the V type electrode is suitable for 80°—90°.The radius r on the surface directing to discharge electrode of the edge for the V type electrode and the spacing a between discharge and collecting electrodes should satisfy the expression r≥a/25.
