- 摘要:研究了CO2倍增和KCl、NaCl对盐生植物中亚滨藜(Atriplexcentralasiatica)幼苗生长、叶绿素含量,K+、Na+水平和叶绿素a荧光诱导动力学的影响。结果表明,300mmol/LNaOH可刺激中亚滨藜的生长,而同浓度的KCl则抑制,CO2倍增使植株生长增强;在300mmol/LKCl处理的植株,叶片K+含量比对照明显增加,而Na+降低,NaCl处理的植株离子水平的变化则相反,CO2倍增对植株K+、Na+水平影响不大。无论正常大气CO2浓度,还是CO2倍增条件下,300mmol/LNaCl降低叶片Fv/Fo、Fv/Fm和Fd/Fs的比值,而KCl则使3种比值比无盐时提高;在KCl、NaCl和无盐处理时,CO2倍增均使光系统Ⅱ原初光能转化率和潜在活性提高。盐度对荧光动力学的影响与叶片K+水平有关。
- Abstract:The effects of doubled CO2 and KCl, NaCl on growth status, chlorophyll contents, K+, Na + levels and chlorophylla fluorescence induction kinetics in halophyte (Atriplex centralasiatica) leaves were investigated.It was found that the growth of Atriplex centralasiatica grown with and without salinity was enhanced by elevated CO2 concentration.There was little change in K+, Na + levels under doubled CO2.The ratios of Fv/Fo and Fv/Fm in leaves were decreased by NaCl and elevated by KCl under ambient and doubled CO2, the potential activity and efficiency of primary conversion of light energy of PSⅡ in leaves of plants growth with and without salinity were stimulated by elevated atmospheric CO2.Moreover, results proved that the change of the fluorescence kinetics parameters was relative to the K+ levels in leaves.
