  • 摘要:近年来, 由于工业排放及一些农业措施(如污灌等)造成许多土壤中重金属元素的污染.其中锌和镉是两个较为重要的重金属污染元素, 它们通过根系吸收进入植物体, 再进入食物链, 给人体健康带来危害.由于丛枝菌根存在的普遍性, 研究丛枝菌根是否具有对植物抵抗过量重金属毒害的作用显得很有必要.关于丛枝菌根对植物吸收重金属影响的研究尚少, 且观点不一.
  • Abstract:Uptake of Zn and Cd by hyphae of an arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi associated with red clover was stuided using three compartment pot experiment separated with 30μm nylon nets.The central compartment for root growth and two outer ones for growth of arbuscular mycorrhizal hyphae.Zn and Cd were applied at three levels (0, 50 and 200mg/kg) respectivley in the two outer compartments.Arbuscular mycorrizal fungus (G.mosseae) was inoculated or uninoculated to test the direct hyphae contribution to Zn and Cd uptake by the plants.The results showed that there was no significant difference in shoot dry weight among all treatments.Increased Zn and Cd were observed due to the inoculation of mycorrhizal fungi with Zn and Cd applied.With a dosage of 50mg/kg in the outer compartment, the contribution of mycorrhizal hyphae to plant uptake accunted for up to 22.4% of the total Zn uptake and 53.6% of the total Cd uptake.With 200mg/kg applied, the contribution of mycorrhizal fungi to plant total Zn and Cd uptake accounted for up to 8.1% and 63.5%, respectively.
