- 摘要：根据中国高等专科环境教育面临的主要问题，提出了中国高等专科环境教育的基本定位，分析了环境保护一线专业技术人员的素质与能力结构要求。在此基础上，对中国高等专科环境教育如何构建专业体系，优化课程设计，改革教学模式，强化专业技能训练等问题进行了探讨。
- Abstract：In regard to the main problems which China's higher environmental education is facing, this article has put forward the basic environmental educational orientation for polytechnic colleges in China and analysed the requirements for quality and ability of technical personnel in the field of environmental protection. In view of the above mentioned facts, this paper goes further into these problems, such as: how to organinze the environmental educational system at polytechnic colleges in; how to better courses of study; how to reform the pattern of teaching; how to strengthen the professional and skilled training.
